We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jackson Place. The location was ideal for our needs, just a few minutes away from where we needed to be. The house itself was beautifully styled, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The host, Lu, was excellent and responded to our messages promptly. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, such as bottled water, tea, coffee. The recommendations for restaurants and nearby stores were a helpful bonus. Additionally, the beds and couch were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jackson Place and would highly recommend it.
While our stay was wonderful, we did encounter a couple of minor issues. There was an item in the fridge that had gone moldy, which we had to remove ourselves.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. The location was perfect for our trip, and it was great to have a whole house to ourselves. The contemporary decor was beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little touches like the bottle of milk and wine that were left for us. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and a breakfast bar. The owner clearly cares about the quality of the accommodation, and it showed in every detail. We especially loved the interior decoration, with framed prints and lovely items on the shelves. The wifi was excellent, and there was no traffic noise, making it a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Couldn't fault. 😉

The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The bathroom was well-maintained and included a walk-in shower with high-quality fittings. The hotel offered various facilities such as a washing machine, breakfast bar, and a well-presented garden area.
The lack of handrails on the front door step and steep interior stairs made navigation a bit challenging, especially for those who require extra support.

During my recent stay at Jackson Place, I was impressed by the lovely decor of the bedrooms, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall satisfaction of our stay. The garden also served as a delightful sun trap, providing a relaxing space to enjoy the outdoors. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met. Additionally, the location proved to be convenient for our plans, as it was situated close to our desired destinations. I would rate my experience at Jackson Place a solid 9/10.
Despite the positive aspects, it would have been beneficial to have a railing or grab handle at the front door to assist those with mobility issues, as the step was quite high. Additionally, the rooms tended to be dark and could benefit from brighter bulbs, especially on the stairs.

What a fantastic find! We were in town for an event at Locomotion, only a short 10-minute drive away. Jackson Place Villa was a lovely little hotel with clean, modern decor. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a box of delicious doughnuts. The amenities were top-notch, including ample parking, great wifi, and even smart heating controls with Alexa. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. Lu, the host, was excellent and kept us informed throughout our stay. We appreciated their quick response and apologies for a minor issue with the boiler. a wonderful stop and definitely better than the Holiday Inn we used last time!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Only minor issues like food left in the fridge and some areas could have been cleaner. But these didn't significantly impact our stay.

Rooms were dim, but nicely decorated. High step at entrance required assistance. Immaculate house. Suggested improvements: railing at entrance, additional stair bannister. Sunny garden, but safety precaution needed. Overall rating: 9/10. Reviewed by satisfied guest.
